The person who stood out in my interactions with the staff was Sarah . She was bright , cheerful , attentive + knowledgable. I had just come from spec savers where every single thing was either impossible or simply too difficult to bother with . The contrast was absolutely amazing . All good ... nice one

I attended Boots opticians at Nottingham Victoria Centre for a eye test. My experience at the opticians was perfectly fine with no problems what so ever. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful and the lady who did my eye test was named Beth and she was very nice, talkative and friendly while doing my eye test.

Informed that the optometrist was running 5-10 minutes late and didn't mind waiting as they staff informed me of this and didn't just leave me there waiting. Clear explanation on what I needed and clear options for contact lenses.

Booked appointment online and got an email to say my 2nd choice date was accepted, then a week later got a text to say my 1st date was my appointment, ended up ringing the call centre to confirm which date, they couldn't help so gave me the phone number of the branch, then had to phone them & found out I had been booked into BOTH appointments! I booked online as was the most convenient way but ended up having to phone & made the experience far more complicated than it should've been...sort it out, please.

I had two ladies helping me with the examination. Jennie, who put me at ease through the different tests, so friendly and helpful. Then Daksha, helped me through choosing two sets of glasses, giving information what i needed also very friendly.
